01Information you provide
When you contact us, we receive the information you choose to share, such as your name, business, email, phone, location, social profile links, project goals, budget, and correspondence. If you apply for creator opportunities by email, we may receive your niche, portfolio, audience information, and experience. Do not send passwords, card information, government identification, or sensitive personal information.
02Why we use information
We use your information to respond to requests, assess project fit, communicate about services, plan and deliver agreed work, maintain records, and meet legal obligations. Optional marketing communications require a separate choice; a service inquiry is not marketing consent.
03AI assistant
The public AUREVOZ AI assistant processes the messages you choose to send so it can answer questions, recommend next steps, and connect you with website tools such as the estimator and scheduling. Conversation history is kept in your browser session to preserve context while you use the site. We also keep limited anti-abuse metadata, such as hashed network or session identifiers, for rate limiting; the assistant is not designed to store full chat transcripts as customer records. AI processing is provided through Base44 infrastructure and underlying model providers as needed to generate responses. Do not send passwords, full payment-card numbers, government identification, or other sensitive personal information. AI responses can be incorrect; authoritative project pricing comes from the website estimator and your final AUREVOZ proposal, and a booking or submission is complete only when the website confirms it.
04Projects, files, and billing
If you become a client, we may handle project materials, approved content, agreements, account information, and billing metadata needed to deliver the service. Payment processing, when enabled, is handled by Stripe. AUREVOZ does not store full payment card details. Payment details are governed by Stripe’s own privacy practices.
05Service providers and sharing
Website hosting, supporting infrastructure, and AI-assistant processing are provided through Base44 and its underlying service/model providers as needed to operate those features. Email providers may process correspondence, and Stripe processes payments when enabled. Information may be shared with service providers only as needed to operate and deliver services, comply with law, or protect legitimate rights. This website does not implement the sale of personal information.
06Cookies and analytics
The site stores your language and cookie choices locally. Necessary storage may support site functionality and authentication when used. Optional analytics and marketing tools are not currently enabled. Choosing an optional category records your preference but does not itself activate a tracking service. Hosting providers may process technical request and security logs independently of optional analytics.
07Retention and security
We keep information for the period reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, our contractual obligations, and applicable law. We use reasonable access and security controls, but no internet system is absolutely secure. Avoid sending confidential credentials through contact forms or email.
08Your requests
Email info@aurevoz.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information, or to withdraw consent for optional communications. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information required by law or necessary for legal claims.
09Adults and international visitors
Creator services and creator-network participation are intended for adults 18 and older at launch. We do not knowingly request information from children. The business operates in the United States; information may be processed there and by service providers in other locations with different privacy laws.
