Frequently asked questions

A Little More Clarity.

Straightforward answers, before we get started.

What does AUREVOZ do?

AUREVOZ is a bilingual marketing and creative agency offering content production, social media management, Hispanic marketing, and creator marketing. AUREVOZ Creators offers strategy and content services for Hispanic and bilingual creators.

Do you only work with Hispanic-owned businesses?

No. We work with Hispanic-owned businesses reaching broader audiences, and businesses and brands seeking meaningful connections with Hispanic and bilingual consumers.

Do you only create Spanish content?

No. Content may be in English, Spanish, or both. We recommend the language based on your audience and objective—not an assumption about identity.

What is Hispanic marketing?

It is the work of understanding and connecting with Hispanic audiences through relevant positioning, messaging, creative, and channels. It starts with audience context, not stereotypes.

What is the difference between translation and culturally relevant marketing?

Translation changes language. Culturally relevant marketing considers who the message is for, what matters to them, and how they experience the brand. Translation can support a strategy; it is not a substitute for one.

Do you guarantee views, followers, leads, or sales?

No. We focus on strategy, content quality, consistency, testing, and analytics. Performance varies by audience, niche, platform, market, and execution.

How do monthly packages work?

After your proposal and agreement are approved, your monthly plan covers the agreed scope. Strategy, production, reviews, and reporting follow the schedule confirmed for your project.

Is there a minimum commitment?

AUREVOZ Grow, AUREVOZ Managed, and Hispanic Growth Partnership normally have a three-month initial commitment unless the proposal specifies otherwise. Creator Accelerator is month-to-month.

Do I have to pay before a discovery call?

No. Submitting an inquiry or having an initial discovery conversation does not enroll you in a paid service or subscription.

How do revisions work?

The standard scope includes one consolidated revision round per batch unless your agreement specifies otherwise. Additional revisions may require a quote. Corrections to AUREVOZ errors do not need to consume the included allowance.

Do you travel outside Kansas City?

AUREVOZ may serve clients throughout the United States. Travel, production logistics, availability, and any related costs are discussed before approval.

Can creators join the network for free?

Yes. Applying to the AUREVOZ Creator Network is free, and no service purchase is required. Applicants must be at least 18. Application or participation does not guarantee paid work.

Do creator services guarantee brand deals?

No. Paid creator services and the creator network are separate. Neither guarantees followers, acceptance into the network, representation, income, or brand campaigns.

How does billing work?

Business services are billed only after qualification and approval of the relevant scope. One-time, deposit/balance, and monthly schedules depend on the package and project agreement. Card payments, when enabled, are processed by Stripe; AUREVOZ does not store full card details.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Business subscriptions may be scheduled to end after the initial minimum term, according to the agreement. Creator Accelerator may be cancelled at the end of the current billing period. See the Cancellation & Refund Policy for details.

How are my files delivered?

The delivery method and access arrangements are confirmed for your project. Final downloads may depend on completion of the required payment. We do not share your private project files publicly.

Who owns the final content?

After full payment, final approved deliverables receive the usage or ownership rights specified in the project agreement. The agreement—not a general website statement—determines your rights.

Do you provide raw footage?

Raw footage, unused concepts, editable project files, templates, and working files are not automatically included. They must be expressly agreed in the project scope.
