01Eligibility and use
Use this site lawfully and provide accurate information. Creator services and network applications are for adults 18 and older. You may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, impersonate another person, or upload unlawful or harmful material.
02Inquiries and services
Submitting an inquiry does not form a service agreement, reserve availability, or authorize billing. Business work requires approval of a proposal and applicable agreement. Creator purchases, when enabled, are subject to the stated scope and terms presented before payment.
03AI assistant
The AUREVOZ AI assistant provides general guidance and may make mistakes. Its responses are not a binding quote, agreement, guarantee, or confirmation of availability. Website estimates must come from the site’s authoritative estimator, final pricing is confirmed in an AUREVOZ proposal, and bookings or submissions are complete only after the relevant website flow displays confirmation. Do not use the assistant to send passwords, full card numbers, government identification, or other sensitive information. Attempts to manipulate, probe, or bypass assistant or website security are prohibited.
04Accounts and security
If granted an account, keep access credentials secure, use only your authorized access, and notify us of suspected misuse. You are responsible for accurate account information and your permitted activity. Never send social-media passwords to AUREVOZ.
05Website and submitted content
AUREVOZ’s website text, design, and original materials may not be reproduced commercially without permission or another lawful basis. You retain rights in materials you submit and must have permission to provide them. You authorize AUREVOZ to use those materials as reasonably needed to review your request or perform agreed work.
06Billing and subscriptions
Prices shown are starting prices or stated creator-service prices; the approved scope determines the final charge. Business monthly plans normally have a three-month initial term unless otherwise stated in the proposal. Creator Accelerator is month-to-month. Payment processing uses Stripe when enabled. Taxes or approved additional charges, if applicable, are disclosed before payment. See the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
07Deliverables and rights
After full payment, final approved deliverables receive the rights specified in the project agreement. Raw footage, unused concepts, editable project files, templates, and working files are not automatically included. Third-party assets remain subject to their applicable licenses.
08No performance guarantees
AUREVOZ does not guarantee followers, virality, views, leads, sales, revenue, brand deals, or platform outcomes. Results depend on factors including audience, execution, platform changes, and market conditions.
09Third-party services
External links and providers, including social platforms and Stripe, have independent terms and practices. AUREVOZ does not control their availability or decisions. The website is provided as available, with no promise of uninterrupted or error-free access, to the extent permitted by law.
10Responsibility and limitations
To the extent allowed by law, AUREVOZ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses from use of this website. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. You agree to be responsible for third-party claims arising from your unlawful use or infringing materials, to the extent caused by your conduct. Project-specific liability terms belong in the project agreement.
11Access, law, and changes
Access may be restricted for misuse or security reasons. These website terms are governed by Missouri law, United States, without removing mandatory consumer protections. We may revise these terms prospectively. Contact info@aurevoz.com with questions.
