Standard AUREVOZ Grow, AUREVOZ Managed, and Hispanic Growth Partnership plans have a three-month initial commitment unless the proposal says otherwise. After that term, cancellation may be scheduled for the end of the current billing period. Payments for work already earned or the current period are generally not prorated unless agreed or required by law.
02One-time projects and deposits
The proposal controls the schedule. Deposits reserve project capacity and may become non-refundable once scheduling commitments or work begin. The standard Hispanic Content Pilot schedule is 50% to begin and 50% before final delivery, unless the proposal states otherwise.
03Creator Audit and Growth Sprint
You may request cancellation within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund if substantive work has not begun. Contact us promptly if you need to change plans. After this window or after substantive work begins, payments are generally non-refundable except as required by law or separately agreed.
04Creator Accelerator
This service is month-to-month with no three-month minimum at launch. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; services remain available through that period according to the agreed scope.
05Content Day
One complimentary reschedule is available when feasible with at least 48 hours’ notice. A late cancellation or no-show may result in loss of the deposit or a reasonable rescheduling charge based on reserved time and costs. Location, date, deposit, and any specific terms are confirmed before payment.
06AUREVOZ changes and exceptional circumstances
If AUREVOZ cannot provide the agreed service, we will discuss an appropriate reschedule, credit, or refund for undelivered work. Contact us about exceptional circumstances; we will review them reasonably and in accordance with the agreement and applicable law.
